I have one thing to say - if I, a community manager with zero dev experience, can make web apps, you can too My main project - campgreece.app I'll continue sharing updates and appreciate all the useful feedback I've received. #SoloFounder #BuildingInPublic #VibeCoding

Still having a lot to learn, especially on the business end but taking one lesson at a time. @davelab7 What's the verdict, am I becoming a vibe coder yet?

Day 20 - Full month anniversary! Today is the first day I had to step back due to not pacing myself correctly, as a reminder that we're all human and vibe coding is addictive. Looking at day one prompts, it seems like that was ages ago in vibe coding years.

@dev_guid Hey Mirco, no market research, totally different approach. I'm a Greece traveling veteran and camper, and struggled with having to google for every outdoor detail. I created the website mock for myself and testing if others might find this aggregator camp app useful.

Day 19 - Most productive days are headache days. Today I was trying to understand what a digital product actually and how to position my business. Looking to use @payhip btw, look it up. Thanks @davelab7 for the recco.

@cyrusradfar Thinking drives the build but overthinking gets you stuck.

After 12 hours of work, these are the results: 1. Adapting to the new founder mindset, still overthinking 2. Launched my first ever website - campgreece.app 🎉 3. Pivoted and expanded my marketing plan 4. Struggle yields solutions #SoloFounder #BuildingInPublic

Immediately noticed access problems for certain features that needed to be addressed. After some time decided to adapt my website tactic and pivoted again - removing the admin panel and a number of non-essential features. Takeaway - removing code is twice as hard as building.

Cost matters from day one honestly. Even small API bills add up if you're running pipelines every few hours. My approach: start with free tiers everywhere, track what you're actually spending weekly, and only scale up the automations that are saving you real time. If a pipeline costs $20/mo but saves you 5 hours, easy call. If it costs $20 and saves 10 minutes, kill it.

Day 17 - Today I built and deployed my second backend system as a no-coder. Not a landing page. A real pipeline that runs every 4 hours without me touching it. Here's exactly what I did and what I learned:

The honest truth? I didn't understand most of the code I was copying in Claude Code. I described what I wanted. Fixed errors by pasting them back into Claude. Pushed to GitHub. Deployed to Vercel. That's the whole workflow. No coding degree required.

Day 18 - I finally feel I'm getting a handle on my vibe coding experience. Not talking about technology but understanding what I'm actually doing in the long run. Build of the day - Kodo - an AI-powered coding teacher. Here's how it happened 👇
