@vibhor376 What about switching to PBCs as fresher working in some company ?

Finally published my blog about the Microsoft interview experience.
It covers both rounds, the project discussions, and the problem-solving logic. I've tried to keep it as raw and honest as possible.
Let me know if you have any suggestions or feedback.

@Heymaxi01 Lmao, Rubrick and rippiling hires freshers from tier 1 only

Companies tier-3 students should target instead of mass applying everywhere:
• Rubrik
• Nutanix
• Postman
• Razorpay
• BrowserStack
• Zeta
• InMobi
• Cohesity
• CRED
• Meesho
• Groww
• Pure Storage
• Expedia
• Atlassian
• Rippling
These companies care more about skills than college tag.
But almost nobody prepares specifically for them.

@mahanot_dikshit True , one needs to keep smashing rock with full force if something is necessary .

20LPA, 30LPA, ..... 60LPA, 70LPA is good number, but nothing to be proud of !! I feel they're worse than a 3LPA job.
Everyday i see someone posting "i got job offer of 34LPA, 48LPA, XYLPA" but wasn't that bound to happen if you've worked hard ? these numbers are just the base line if you've actually worked hard and nothing else.
The worst part is that these people are often treated as if they've achieved something big in life leading them to settle for a smaller vision cause what's the point of building a multi-million dollar company if i'm getting so much affection and respect with just a 20-70LPA job.

@Resorcinolworks I guess it required 1 year + of FT (non internship) exp to be even eligible for have , AUTA is the one which doesn't require FT exp , so try your luck there if you may .

sooo I've decided to bring some really cracked people on my page, I'm just not able to understand what form of content you'd want.
These folks have cracked Google, Atlassian, Amazon, Microsoft, ICPC, GSOC, Summer of Bitcoin, LFX etc and all other biggest things in tech space!
I want to share their experiences with these things, how they got selected and what all they did for the same, that way a lot of tier 2, 3, 4--- students can actually understand how and what to do in this time of AI.
You can ask questions to them personally and they'll help you as well.
No trolling, no bullshitting this time.
They're also trying to increase their presence online and I think I can use my linkedin and X to help them as well.
This way this would benefit all the folks involved in this game.
Tell me what kind of content you'd like?
Articles, threads or what?????
I'm trying my best to bring someone whose cracked Summer of Bitcoin this year and they can actually help you all a lot.

One of my friends at work applied to over 2000 jobs over the span of 18 months.
Got 8 interviews
Cracked multiple FAANGs in the span of a week when it felt the darkest.
Keep going lads.
Master Muskan@MasterMuskan22
Applied to over 1500 jobs last year. Got 7-8 Online Assessments. Solved 100% in all. Got only 1 interview, cracked it and currently working there. I love my life 🙂
English

@shregupta89 All the companies are much more harder to get into than faang , atleast faang takes tier 3 college people but all above except for few doesn't even consider tier 3 fresher worthy .

Hard truth no one tells you is:
You have to go through a grinding phase at least once in your life to succeed.
And the trick is, the earlier you face it, the easier your life becomes.
If you study hard and build a strong base in school, you sweep through difficult entrance exams later -> better opportunities.
Otherwise, you’ve to grind during your JEE years and you get good opportunities later without much hustle.
Miss that? you’ve to work hard for 4 years in college and you get to start your career with a good job.
Miss that too? you’ve to juggle between your job and studies for better switch, much harder.
The thing is, life keeps giving you chances. But the more you delay, more you lose the compounding effect and difficult it gets.
Choose your hustle. Act fast. Act now.
