I haven’t done a ton of fbm but just got this warning on my account. Is it that serious and is there anything I should do?

@jakedropout You should be able to move it further. Either way with FBM you should be shipping every single day. There is a reason why Big sellers can't sustain FBM only, yeah fees are better but shipping 100 units a day is hard.
