@SouthernWater can you confirm when the inspector will arrive to assess the issue in SO18? It appears it's been over an hour with no water in a heatwave and no timescales given on the fix. If it will be hours before they arrive this will help people to source other supplies.

@premierinn Excel London: We had appalling service in the restaurant for two nights in a row, topped off by being shouted out by your restaurant staff. We only returned on the second night because we had already paid for the meal deal.  On the first night, it took 25 minutes

@premierinn Both meals were missing items from the order and staff were disinterested when we raised it. We never got the advertised meals from the menu. On the second evening after 10 minutes of no staff seating  people waiting to get in I had to ask reception to get someone.

@premierinn to get our drinks orders in despite the restaurant being mostly empty. We had to ask several times for service and I went to the bar myself to get a glass of water as I felt dehydrated. It took 1hr 15 mins to get our main meal which we had to chase several times.

@tastecard Still cannot cancel online and my cancellation form I filled out and emailed last week has still not been actioned. Again I ask, how do you cancel? PMs sent too with my case number.

It's become near impossible to cancel your @tastecard that's enough to make me never use the service again and warn all of my friends off it!

@KirstlesLT3 Hi Kirsty, we have never offered cancellation via a button in the account. Cancellation can be requested via social media, email, telephone (when our lines are open) and the online cancellation form, (which is located within our FAQ's under how to I cancel.
