@AXA Awful experience. 7 wks since your customer hit my mum's car. My mechanic getting nowhere trying to get repairs authorised by AXA. I called 4 times today. 1st call; a different number to ring. Next 3 calls all cut off after being on hold for up to 65 mins. Very frustrated!
