Hi @SamsungUK my 2 week old galaxy book 4 screen has cracked today while not even being used. I can see this is a known issue. Will you replace this without charge?

@SamsungMobile I had the brand Galaxy Book 4 pro delivered today. Fresh out of the box, and the screen is cracked. Currys have offered an exchange but looking online galaxy book screen cracking is a problem throughout the series but most people are saying Samsung won't fix it...
