@Kat_Says_Stuff @acatcalledkeith So so untrue. I worked in hospitality as a manager and frequently held interviews with applicants and work coaches. Just because they had support at the interview didn’t mean they couldn’t do the job. Quite the opposite in most cases!!

@acatcalledkeith As much as it is discrimination to say they wouldn’t have offered the interview if they’d seen the disabilities. If she couldn’t even go to the interview alone, she wasn’t gonna get the job. That is the same for any person who goes with their parents/guardians
