@john_m_harvey @BandQ @MartinSLewis @paullewismoney @WhichUK I’m having the same problem. Items to be returned on 8th were not collected. Rescheduled for today. Guess what - not collected.

@bandq gets worse.
Stayed in ALL day for a collection, but they didn’t bother coming. Didn’t even give courtesy of letting me know that they weren’t coming.
Still no closer to a solution.

Real palaver from @BandQ . Incorrect goods delivered. But they won’t collect them for a week and they wont send correct goods until they reprocessed the return. So it will be another week after that before correct goods received. Why not send new goods when you pick up old ones
