Especially given that Europe and Mexico and a bit before for different reasons Venezuela all stopped very abruptly, I think that is a blockade by economic means, threat of force and in Venezuelas case just good old violence (with more implied).

However, this is about something different. A fellow Chosen Company warrior and very good friend of mine- callsign “Horus”- and his wife of 2 years in Ukraine are in a tough position and rapidly running out of time. Horus served with Chosen, currently serves with the 25th Separate Airborne Brigade (25 ОПДБр), and has been injured twice in Ukraine. He and his wife want nothing more than to build a family and future in Ukraine, but over time and through many struggles now know that not only are they unable to do so without IVF (in vitro fertilisation), but that they only have about a month to schedule procedures before the doctors and clinical teams consider Horus’ wife “inviable” for these procedures and no longer a candidate for them. The procedures are prohibitively expensive, and they have not been able to secure help from the State or any other source to help fund their last efforts to build the family and future they desire and deserve. Horus has mailed me several of his battle-worn patches to attempt to auction off to try and scrape together some money to help pay for and schedule the IVF procedures his wife needs to make building a family possible. I understand this isn’t your typical Ukraine-related fundraiser (something I’ve only ever done once to begin with) but the importance of these procedures for Horus and his wife can not be understated. You all know I have always done everything in my power to support my Chosen brothers, their units, and their families any way I can no matter who or where they are, and that is what I’m trying to do again here. Bids/donations are of course completely voluntary and we simply hope that you see this as a worthy cause and help my brother Horus and his wife build the family and future in Ukraine that they dream about.
