What a fantastic day interviewing for our new Band 5 post. Amazing candidates, great answers and so much passion for Speech and Language Therapy!! Decided to send the questions out 24 hours in advance of the interviews and I have to say I am a convert 😀 @Vickynhs

Absolutely - I hugely value this but also really try and do this for those in my teams. They are far more expert than me in their fields but I think I am there to back them, support them and remind them how brilliant they are!
