AEK is clearly the better team (better players, 20x the money etc), but Craiova was robbed tonight. If they were a better known team there would've been 4-5 minutes added time

Am semnat astăzi decretul de promulgare a legii care introduce reguli mai clare și mai stricte în domeniul construcțiilor și al tranzacțiilor imobiliare, pentru a proteja mai bine cetățenii care cumpără locuințe aflate în fază de proiect. Noua lege modifică cadrul legal privind calitatea în construcții și sistemul de cadastru, introducând reguli mai ferme pentru dezvoltatori, care vor putea promite vânzarea unei locuințe viitoare doar după ce autorizația de construire este notată în cartea funciară și după realizarea procedurii de preapartamentare. Totodată, se limitează avansurile la maximum 5% pentru rezervări, maximum 25% pentru structura de rezistență și 20% pentru instalații, în cazul promisiunilor de vânzare-cumpărare. Sumele plătite de cumpărători nu pot fi folosite în alte scopuri decât cele prevăzute de lege, iar nerespectarea se sancționează cu amendă în cuantum de 1% din cifra de afaceri. Aceste măsuri au ca scop creșterea încrederii în piața imobiliară, responsabilizarea dezvoltatorilor și protejarea investitorilor și a familiilor care își achiziționează o locuință. Legea va fi publicată în Monitorul Oficial la începutul săptămânii viitoare.
