After months waiting for a response, one of your agents (initials PH) sent me an email. I replied… and I’m still waiting for her response and closure. 🤷🏻♂️
I’ll try again though. We’ll see if I’m “lucky” this time.

I’m not sure about what we are legally entitled to, tbh, but I was hoping they’d be civilised enough to settle these issues fairly… and promptly. I was wrong.

@Victims_of_KLM @KLM @KLM_press I got my luggage back 3 weeks later, but my pram is still missing (since July!!) What compensation are we entitled to? And what are we entitled to on the Montreal Convention?

Lucky you, Sonja! When I got my baggage, the contents were all damped and the books I was carrying were all creased. Obviously they scanned the contents of my suitcase… and made a mess. I had to throw a few things away out of disgust!!

@Victims_of_KLM @KLM Unbelievable but true. I got my luggage back😃Delta called me yesterday and told me they have my bag. I picked it up at the airport and it is not damaged and everything still inside! Miracles happen !!

Last night I got a message from @KLM saying they found my luggage and are sending it to me here, to my holiday destination, where I’m currently “travelling light.”
Did you receive any similar msg?
I really hope they keep their word and deliver everybody’s bags this week. (1/2)

@Victims_of_KLM Unfortunately, due to a malfunction of the baggage system at Schiphol, which KLM uses, a large number of suitcases were left behind. We are working hard to get these suitcases to our customers' destination as quickly as possible. >>>
