All of these patterns as an example are just matters of “org code”. The IDE helps you build, run, manage them. You can’t fork classical orgs (eg Microsoft) but you’ll be able to fork agentic orgs.

Expectation: the age of the IDE is over Reality: we’re going to need a bigger IDE (imo). It just looks very different because humans now move upwards and program at a higher level - the basic unit of interest is not one file but one agent. It’s still programming.

@nummanali tmux grids are awesome, but i feel a need to have a proper "agent command center" IDE for teams of them, which I could maximize per monitor. E.g. I want to see/hide toggle them, see if any are idle, pop open related tools (e.g. terminal), stats (usage), etc.

China is the exception to every rule. They can afford nationalism, because they are at billion-person civilization scale rather than million-person nation scale. They can actually afford autarky, because they already produce billions of widgets not just for themselves but the world. And they can even afford communism, because in reality they practice capitalism. Finally, China can ride the tiger in the AI Era by just centralizing everything and creating the largest walled garden in existence. The infrastructure already exists, in the form of the Great Firewall and the Chinese Internet ecosystem. So China can just mandate that every WeChat user do whatever proof-of-human that the government wants, and that the top tech companies filter any AI content the party doesn’t want. And then…they’re done. China already has the social and technical infrastructure for centralized control. AI fakes won’t be that big a problem for them. However, for a variety of obvious reasons, the Chinese system will be hard to export globally without encountering enormous resistance. So rather than top-down communist control, the alternative to the billion-person super state may end up being a thousand million-person network states, where everyone has chosen to be there, democratically chosen the government, and voted for that community with their feet, ballot, and wallet. And those are the two poles we can see emerging on the horizon, after the postwar order breaks down and the post-Internet order boots up. Centralization vs decentralization. Top-down vs bottom-up. Scaled up vs startup. Homogeneity vs variety. Nationalism vs internationalism. Communism vs capitalism. Physical vs digital. China vs the Internet.

I'm going to test psilocybin as a longevity therapy. Here's my protocol. In recent studies, psilocybin improved survival in aged mice and increased cellular lifespan in human fibroblasts. My protocol: + 5 grams dried mushrooms monthly, for 3 months. + This is equivalent to 25-50 mg of psilocybin. + before, during and after brain measurements with the brain interface @KernelCo Flow Measurement To assess efficacy for cellular, systemic, and brain rejuvenation, I will measure: + DNA methylation: speed of aging, organ ages, including the brain + telomere length and relative telomerase activity (RTA): the cells' capacity to regenerate telomeres + functional brain measurements: cortical activity and brain age via KernelFlow + blood proteomic panel: cellular senescence, brain aging, and rejuvenation markers + brain MRI: to measure structural changes, brain age, and potential rejuvenation + cognitive, mood, and psychological assessments to measure effects on mood and mental well-being + advanced blood biomarker panel: metabolic, inflammation, brain and neuronal health markers

The paper shows how an LLM can hide a full message inside another text of equal length. It runs in seconds on a laptop with 8B open models. First, pass the secret through an LLM and record, for each token, the rank of the actual next token. Then prompt the model to write on a chosen topic, and force it to pick tokens at those ranks. The result reads normally on that topic and has the same token count as the secret. With the same model and prompt, anyone can reverse the steps and recover the exact original. These covers look natural to people, but models usually rate them less likely than the originals. Quality is best when the model predicts the hidden text well, and worse for unusual domains or weaker models. Security comes from the secret prompt and the exact model, and it gives the sender believable deniability. One risk is hiding harmful answers inside safe replies for later extraction by a local model. ---- Paper – arxiv. org/abs/2510.20075 Paper Title: "LLMs can hide text in other text of the same length.ipynb"

I just spent several days with @richardbranson and @sufisal (Dr. Salman Ahmed) discussing the dangerous detention of former PM @ImranKhanPTI in Pakistan. As a physician and friend of Pakistan, I have watched with pain and sadness at his deterioriting health status while a prisoner in round the clock solitary confinement. To make it worse, he has not been allowed reasonable visits from his own physician. His health status alone demands an immediate release to hospital or other good medical care before it is too late. What happened to Alexei Navalny in Russia's gulag cannot be allowed to happen to @ImranKhanPTI .

It's not cricket. @ImranKhanPTI should be released immediately by Pakistan’s authorities. His arbitrary detention casts a dark shadow on respect for democracy and rule of law in Pakistan: time.com/7093750/pakist…
