@getresponse The fact that GR claimed to be compatible with Gifs is one of the main reasons we signed up and I now feel v.mis-sold. can you help me get our externally hosted gifs into our email html until you've fixed this issue please?

@getresponse despite it clearly stating on your website that gifs work with GR blog.getresponse.com/animated-gifs-… i've found out that gifs in your emails will play on one repeat then freeze UNLESS they are externally hosted and then added to the email html (1)
