How to make £493,964,000 in just 8 hours 30 minutes Easy, get govt to bin nutrient neutrality laws for house builders exactly what the likes of Persimmon PLC, Barrat Developments PLC and Taylor Wimpey PLC did this morning & that's exactly how much richer they are this afternoon.

3 sets of repeated chair stands (5 or 10 reps per set), 3 times per week. Sound feasible? Over 8 weeks, this was enough to improve: Muscle thickness: ⬆️8-9% Muscle quality index: ⬆️40-45% Relative sit-to-stand power: ⬆️29-38% Resistance training doesn’t have to be fancy to be effective. peerj.com/articles/15665/

This is how hard it *already is* to get assistance. I tried to get the Overground. I arrived with plenty of time, but the assistance point was seemingly closed, no one visible behind the glass. I can’t reach the window to bang on the glass, so tried shouting “hello?” for ages.

Here is something cool and easy for you to keep your liver healthy 150 minutes per week of brisk walking which is equal to ≥750 metabolic equivalents of task minutes per week.. ..resulted in significant reduction in ≥30% relative reduction in liver fat (measured using MRI scan).. ..which was independent of clinically signficant weight loss. Why "≥30% relative reduction in liver fat" compared to baseline? Because it is the threshold required for biopsy-level improvement in inflammatory activity, nonalcoholic steatohepatitis resolution, and liver fibrosis stage. To simply put, brisk walking for 150 min/week was three and a half times more likely to achieve clinically meaningful liver fat reduction even when there was no weight loss. This means that there is weight-neutral benefit of exercise in all patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Which when further simplified means: initially, dont bother about a weight loss, but start with a simple exercise such as brisk walks - it is enough to make your liver happy. And the best part, this is from the highest level of evidence - a systematic review with meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials. Source: via @AmJGastro from @JonathanStineMD & @DrLoomba et al. "Exercise Training Is Associated With Treatment Response in Liver Fat Content by Magnetic Resonance Imaging Independent of Clinically Significant Body Weight Loss in Patients With Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis" journals.lww.com/ajg/Abstract/2…
