Mrs. Saxon’s 3rd and 4th Grade Rockets Leaders are working hard to interpret data using the 3D bar graphs they created using Pimki pops. Students then used the graph to compare data and answer multi-step word problems. #PESRocketsLead

Thank you PAGE for believing in my grant to make writing fun through Legos. A big thank you to our Peeples parents for donating Legos to help support Peeples CfC. Students are letting their imaginations run wild by writing their own narratives and creating stop motion videos.

By creating messages through robotics, students were able understand a character's traits and motives. Like Hugo persevered to repair his automaton in the novel, The Invention of Hugo Cabret, these students collaborated, problem solved, and succeeded.
Excited we've been able to safely include multisenory into our reading practice through individual sensory trays with scented epsom salt. The room smells like eucalyptus!
We read about Eric Weihenmayer, the first blind person to climb Everest. This set off a chain reaction of inquiry! As we researched blindness, my students developed a plan to make a spooky podcast for all. We explored science standards on sound and handpicked sound effects.
It's day 1️⃣ 3️⃣ of National Principals Month! Today we celebrate and honor Buffy Blodgett, principal at Peeples Elementary! Check out why the Rockets appreciate their principal! Thank you for all you do, Mrs. Blodgett! #ThankaPrincipal#ExcellenceandCreativity
