Javaid, 20 months in prison, Lane, 6 months suspended sentence, both banned from keeping animals. The defence argued for lenient sentences as they have 2 small children and are both expecting children with other partners. @RishiSunak That isn't the approach that the RSPCA are suggesting. If you aren't prepared to listen to the experts the problem will continue. The breed is not the problem. What we need is responsible ownership. That's where the increased efforts need to be.
