@DPDCare wondering if u could shed some insight as to why one of your reported drivers who was involved in a hit & run (and killed my grans dog) is still doing local deliveries in the area 1 week later? No response after my family left a report / complaint which was ‘escalated’

@ElCeeChic @ASOS_UK They’ve done it to me again yesterday - an order took 4 weeks to arrive (with premier delivery) so I returned it within 3 days of receiving it but not have a £135 voucher because they say it was returned after 28 days of making the order but that’s only because it arrived late😡

@ElCeeChic @ASOS_UK Make sure it’s not gone in as a refund “voucher” on your account? I had the same issue with a £300+ return until someone told me to look and right enough it was sat in credit notes 🤦🏼‍♀️

Seeing so many awful tweets - regardless of anyones views towards the royal family, I can’t help but feel sorry for the fact people have lost their Mum & Gran & I’d be devastated, in the same way as I would for anyone going through that. The world is nuts

So annoying with #Evri waiting for my @nextofficial parcel which was due to be delivered today (has been out for delivery since this morning) as had last minute uniform needed for tomorrow and it hasn't arrived 😡

@cycleandy I’m having the same issue! Paid for next day delivery on Monday (items needed for a wedding tomorrow) and no update at all. Started a “live chat” to get help and got an unhelpful general message that made no sense. Shambles

Well #Evri you have let me down waiting for a parcel should have been delivered Tuesday 30 of August only to have a message to say your parcel is delayed.this not good enough I’ve paid for the parcel and delivery and your not delivered 😡

@ASOS premier next day delivery should mean next day delivery - this has been an issue certainly for me for all of this year, why not state that it’s not next day if you or your couriers can’t commit to it?
