Bless my GP who nervously called up coz I wasn’t listed as vaccinated on his records and noticeably relaxed when I told him I was overseas and double jabbed. I mean, I had this convo with a NZ DHB worker a month back, but it’s just nice giving stressed people good news.

I wish I could be cynical about yesterday’s telethon but it was fun, smart and had a pace and flow that showed a lot of work. It was dorky without being uncool and clearly targeted an audience without (imo) ever condescending to them. Heart-warming. Christ, what have I become.

Eeeks! Just had email from landlord stating "the Initial Seismic Assessment of [the building rated it] 83%, however a recent Detailed Seismic Assessment has re graded this as ‘less than 33% of NBS’. This means that the building will shortly be yellow stickered by WCC."
