But like so much in Canadian Politics: it's about what's good for the Politician & nothing about what's good for the People

Hey Doug Ford There's Only ONE Question To Ask: Is This Helpful In Securing A Good US Trade Deal? Does Doug Ford attacking President Trump HELP the people of Ontario & Canada or HURT us? Because this isn't the first time: $75M was spent on attack Commercials 2/

I joined @wolfblitzer on CNN yesterday to make the case for removing tariffs between Canada and the United States so we can lower costs and create jobs for workers and families in both countries.

Too much can go wrong if he waits: CUSMA could be canceled & then Carney's personal popularity with Canadians could take a hit If Carney turns out to be failure managing Trade then why not try Poilievre? I could easily be wrong But a Spring election is possible

@mikalskuterud I agree, let's go after the bad actors in a big way. But you say that like there are no trade-offs. Where is your humanity for low income Canadians crushed by rent increases from the unprecedented surge in NPRs? What about our stretched social services? Depleted food banks?

How should the government respond to a growing population of people whose legal status has expired, Ben? How far do you want to take your response? Masked CBSA agents on the ground rounding people up? Is that what you want to see?
Ben Rabidoux@BenRabidoux

If a study or work permit has expired, that person no longer has status to stay in the country. They would be here illegally Not sure what “vilified” means in this context, but should we not have apprehensions about people doing things illegally in this country?

And the very WORST part When Politicians are forced to face the terrible outcomes from bad managers Their answer is to hire EXTRA managers to run the failed managers Or create "Agencies" & staff them up to duplicate existing departments More Tax Payer Money lit on fire

The Answer To All Problems In Canada Is NOT To Fix The Problem: It's HIRE More People To Study The Problem We are so Screwed City of Toronto hires a career Bureaucrat for $250K to $295K per year for traffic congestion Isn't there ALREADY a whole City Department for that? 2/
