This is absolutely heartbreaking and infuriating. A Seattle thug named Cordell Goosby walked up to a car stopped at a red light in broad daylight and started shooting. He murdered 34-year-old eight-months-pregnant Eina Kwon and her unborn baby while she and her husband were just trying to get to work. He also shot and nearly killed her husband, Sung Kwon. Now this killer has been found not guilty by reason of insanity. The prosecutors didn’t even bother charging him for murdering that innocent unborn baby even though it was far enough along in gestation it could have survived. Why didn't they bother to charge this thug with murder? POLITICS! Seriously they were more concerned that a murder charge might hurt “abortion rights” in that liberal state. They straight-up treated that child like she wasn’t even a real victim. Meanwhile the family is destroyed; this young man lost both his child and his wife with no justice for the nightmare his world became. To make matters worse the murdering Codell can be re evaluated and as has happened many times already may have an opportunity to no longer pose a threat to society so end up back out on the streets to destroy another family. This case is just one symptom of a much larger, nationwide crisis. Too many District Attorneys, judges, and courts are legislating from the bench, placing their radical ideology above the actual law. They refuse to charge serious crimes, block key evidence in the trials that do happen, and release violent offenders and child predators with little or no bail. Look at the illegal migrants committing sex crimes against children, they’re too often turned loose right back into the same neighborhoods, endangering more children, especially in migrant communities where families may not know the laws or where to seek help. Over and over, we watch the same violent criminals and predators reoffend, creating new victims in a sick revolving-door cycle: arrest, slap on the wrist, escalation, and worse. Enough is enough. The Kwon family is now just another statistic in a justice system gutted by political gamesmanship. The victim list keeps growing, and with every repeat offender, the depravity only gets worse. Liberal activists have infiltrated positions of power, from police departments to attorneys general to judges at every level. Instead of working to change laws through the proper legislative process, they ignore settled law, set dangerous new precedents from the bench, and sidestep Congress and state legislatures entirely. We can no longer pretend this isn’t happening. The people are steadily being erased from governing at every level. If we let this continue, our government will finish removing our power altogether, leaving a country controlled by elites while the rest of us are reduced to managed drones. That’s the future liberals have been building for decades, and history shows exactly where it leads. Europe is sliding fast from representative government into something nearing totalitarian control. Iran, Venezuela, and Cuba show the brutal endgame: the people always pay with blood, starvation, and fear. America was founded as the shining example that a government created by and for the people can succeed. We still are that example. If we allow this system to fail here, the entire free world begins to collapse with it. We must demand real accountability, real prosecution, and leaders who put law-abiding citizens and public safety first, not criminals and ideology. Prayers for the Kwon family and every victim being failed by this broken system. We have got to find a way to get past partisan blockades and take this government back from the Elite whose greed created a system that protects and enriches itself with enough power to manipulate the media and elections in order to maintain that power over the people. There is no left or right no real two party system. It is We the people against an entrenched bureaucratic elite. The only way we win is together The only path forward is united and we are running out of time. There is still a chance that president Trump will use his power to go outside the judicial system using military law to clean out the embedded corruption not only in the Government but in the media as well we risk falling to a totalitarian government. A Seattle man who shot and killed an eight-month pregnant Korean-American woman and nearly killed her husband when they were driving to work has been found not guilty by reason of insanity. Cordell Goosby m—rdered Elina Kwon and her unborn baby in June 2023 when they were stopped at a red light. Prosecutors did not charge him for killing the baby due to concerns about protecting abortion in the liberal state. After hearing testimony from defense medical experts that Goosby was "insane" at the time of the shootings, the prosecution agreed to have the case ended through the not guilty motion.
