Finally won my first online tournament in Waves Ahead and did it against someone I've been aiming to beat since I started playing. This was for a charity event btw. Day one raised 1K but there's six days to go if you wanna show up to play or donate!

@FGC_Gaba I can't imagine a way to add 6th and 8th in a way people will care about. Double elim works to specify placements because every game still matters and gets you closer to winning everything. tie breakers for 2nd-3rd, etc, get way less engagement from both players and spectators

Do you prefer a top 8 ranking is listed as 1,2,3,4,5,5,7,7 or would you rather there be some method to determine who gets 6th and who gets 8th. (Initial Seeding? Score in the match they lose? Head to head?). Anyone know why something like this isn't done?
