Let me lay out a scenario that’s happening all over the country with housing… Older generation is living in the 4500+ square foot homes they bought 20 years ago. Their kids moved out long ago and can’t buy even just a small house to raise their young families in. They’re cramped and struggling, even with good jobs. Meanwhile, their parents have homes with 4 empty bedrooms, 3 other rooms that never get used, and they haven’t opened the door to their finished basement in 10 years. Their parents call property maintenance companies to come help them maintain their huge houses and big lots because their kids are working so much that they stopped coming to help. This is why property maintenance services are a great business to be in right now.

For the past three years, I’ve been following this routine. I wake up at 3 AM and hit the gym by 4 AM. I usually go to bed around 9 PM. At first, it was really tough to adjust, but the peace and quiet of the empty gym with all the machines available kept me motivated and made it worthwhile. Once you start seeing real results, eating healthy stops feeling like a punishment and becomes a habit you actually enjoy. You get more energy, better sleep, clearer skin, easier fat loss, and sharper focus… and suddenly you want to keep going. Then something even more powerful happens,you start learning the biology behind it all.

I wanna get addicted to getting up early, hitting the gym, and eating healthy like y’all, what’s the secret??

@savanah2j @BButlerTTU They have outstanding fitness classes, dedicated yoga spaces, great instructors and an extensive schedule all day. We used to go almost every day. We no longer live near a Lifetime and we miss it.

Look I’m very into health and fitness there’s a lifetime gym opening by my house and I was planning on getting a membership, starting price is $339 per month. Doesn’t that seem a little steep or am I just outta touch because I haven’t paid for a gym in a long time??

They are expensive. The one we went to in MN wasn't that high. We loved it but we could only afford it because hubby's employer paid 1/2 if we went 8x a month. There are different club tier levels with fewer amenities, maybe a lower tier club will come to your area once this one is established.
