And I can't use car for these 3 to 5 days.
When we invest lakhs for purchasing the car @RenaultIndia is either not providing immediate replacement of battery or any alternate battery for these 3 to 5days even though they have battery issue from them @RenaultIndia

Vk Translines cancelled my booking but still there is no refund since 15days
The owner of Vk translines and called me & said that he is cancelling my sleeper,which I booked is beside of a women(which was accidentally mentioned as male as gender by her)

I booked a bus ticket on 15th Oct 9:52pm & I recieved a call at 9:56 pm from this person saying that he is owner of Vk translines and cancelled my ticket by saying that they raised this issue to their team and I'll get refund in 7days
