@VikesPA There’s very little value given the injury history and awful play. Entering year 3 his value is no longer based on age and his Michigan tape. That rookie contract is almost over.

If the plan is to trade McCarthy, the Vikings are doing a great job at making sure they get offered as little as possible

If the Vikings decided he is a bust and are moving on they are still devaluing the asset with a lot of moves they’re making. If you want lesser draft capital back for the sake of owning some glazers then I guess it’s a win

Posted a slightly below average passer rating. You think he's signing as QB3 on March 19? 🤔 Nah. Wentz was almost certainly told he's QB2 over JJ McCarthy. Otherwise, he would have surveyed the QB landscape until summer like he did last year. McCarthy is almost certainly QB3 now.
