I see why people hate @Ticketmaster. I bought 5 floor seats to see En Vogue, TLC, and Salt N Pepa. But then my friends and I decided we wanted the VIP seats. I called Ticketmaster to see if I could exchange the tickets for VIP seats, which would have meant $1000 extra. No problem.
But Ticketmaster told me I can’t do that because you’re only allowed to buy a maximum of 8 tickets. Apparently even if they refunded me for the 5 tickets, it still counts against the 8-ticket maximum.
Why would 5 tickets that I wouldn’t have after a refund still count against the ticket allotment? What kind of goofy, moronic policy is that?
Basically, you decided you don’t want more of my money. Make it make sense.
