The problem, @RepAOC, is it’s not their money. They’re acquiring WBD with funds from foreign governments. Still should pay fair wages, but we all should be clear the WBD acquisition is suspect because Paramount doesn’t have the capital to cover the transaction on their own.

HOLY F: Workday just lost the argument that matters most. A federal judge said their AI hiring tools can be challenged for filtering out applicants over 40. “The algorithm did it” is NOT a defense. If this holds… every company using automated hiring just stepped into legal risk. You’re not crazy... if you’ve applied to 50, 100, 200 jobs and heard nothing… The system itself may be filtering you out. The decision means the plaintiffs may continue pursuing claims that Workday’s technology had a disparate impact on applicants age 40 and older. - SHRM Judge Lin dismissed some California claims and one disability claim, but gave plaintiffs until March 27 to revise and refile.

XPO and FedEx executives have been running USPS into the ground since 2016 (all thanks to Trump) so the companies could remove a public service competitor from the field. It’s a crime, and the people should demand retribution from the people and companies behind this conspiracy.

The Postmaster General says USPS might be forced to stop deliveries in 2027 if current trends continue. Postmaster David Steiner says the postal service "will be out of cash in less than 12 months." Steiner has has also been on the board of directors of FedEx since 2009.

We are absolutely NOT collecting "record" revenue. And it should be embarrassing for someone of Haley's stature to say so. Revenue last year was 17% of GDP, DOWN nearly 3% of GDP from 25 years ago. In fact, revenue was higher than in 2025 in 27 out of the last 50 years.
