@VikingCruises @TIME After our Grand European River cruise last August, we are hooked on Viking! We felt so pampered and well taken care of. Next month, on May 25th, we are taking our first Viking Ocean Cruise on the Orion and we are so excited! We are celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary! ❤️

Today, we're delighted to celebrate the 2-year anniversary of Viking becoming a public company. To commemorate the occasion, the New York Stock Exchange recently welcomed our Chairman and CEO, Torstein Hagen, and our President and CFO, Leah Talactac, for the official ringing of the bell. Tor and Leah were also joined by several other Viking executives on the floor of the NYSE for the festivities.

@Vikingcruises very disappointed in your excursion system. Told we could not book until today yet some already gone. This morning told not until 8pm. Site kept crashing at 8pm. Could not get on until 9.30 by which time the ones we wanted were gone! Will not bookwith you again!!!!

I’m going on my fourth cruise with Viking in less than 3 weeks. I have never experienced better customer service than I have from @VikingCruises in ANY category of hospitality.
They are simply the best.
I’m taking this next cruise as a solo traveler, but I want both chocolates!

@VikingCruises just returned from a wonderful trip on Viking Mars from Athens to Venice. Everything was perfect and we felt so pampered. Shoutout to staffers Seema and Kam and Danica who made it extra special. And Lyle in the spa for the best massage ever. Can’t wait to return!

@VikingCruises If there is a port of call change from what is posted online, I think that the Viking rep should point that out at the time of booking. I realized that my cruise would not be stopping in Monaco when I was looking at the available shore excursions...very unfortunate

@VikingCruises I have been on the Viking Mars for two evenings. For two evenings in the “Living Room” an electric bass has blared out until late. Today is Corfu and I’m so tired. If this were my first Viking cruise it would have been my last.

@VikingCruises was considering first river cruise after several ocean voyages, but was put off by CS staff who could only read FAQs about ship experience. Asked to speak to real cruise expert and was told no. Just ask specific Q and we'll provide A. Quite a shocking reply.

it’s not asking too much for a hotel to have a computer terminal that a guest can use so the @Radisson in Brussels is a disappointment for not having this basic service

@VikingCruises Why can't your IT web department fix your website?? The link for the 360° tour of the European longship takes you to the Meekong river ships, which are completely different. Its been this way for 2 weeks despite support & reps being notified. Its a simple 2 sec fix
