@MartinSurveyor @terrympaul @NewhamLondon @THINKgovuk I'll have to check on my way home. One side has only a kerbs width to walk on, the other has had the footpath reduced to less than a meter. This led to myself and others walking in the cycle lane.

@ZilchUK In practice this is not the best advice. I've experienced people becoming quite aggressive if you 'interfere' in their 'business' (littering). A friend of mine was threatened with violence for confronting someone about this.
