Chaos at Lanseria. It a free for all on the plane. Even business class passengers are forced to sit in other areas of the plane. Poor controls by ground and flight staff. Can’t believe they couldn’t even keep the first three lines of seats open for business passengers .

Chaos at Lanseria as systems are down and everything from issuing tickets is been done by hand. No such thing as priority as there is chaos. Now told that your pre booked seat may no longer be allocated to you as passengers checking in are not been allocated seats.
