Massive win for employees who opted out of the C19 vaccine. Kudos to the Union for standing up for *all* its members. Haven't seen the decision, but I'm assuming 1) Purolator can't unilaterally revise collective agreement; 2) Jab policy was unreasonable for isolated drivers.

If we were truly “all in this together”, no one should have ever been put on leave *without* pay or denied EI due to “misconduct” for refusing the C19 jab. Employers should pay backpay and Parliament should rectify EI shortfalls. We can’t hope to heal without these basic reforms.

When we reached a few hundred thousand subscribers @YouTube provided us with a liaison that helped us immensely, from insights on how to boost views & watch time, to tips on how to navigate their community standards without getting a strike, to mitigating disputes. It was very helpful. Our liaison left YouTube a few months ago and for some reason they have not provided a replacement as they have done in years past. If there is anyone at @YouTube that can address this situation it would be greatly appreciated.
