@uytaelee Brilliantly done video which brings out an important concept of economic aside from supply and demand and cost, that is Time. It’s a concept that often runs out of sync with our political timeline. Its a necessary public education. Proper housing strategy needs time to run

This video was tricky. I spent several months researching, writing, and losing my mind a few times before I felt confident enough with the script to produce it. It challenged many of my core assumptions around housing (and its elasticity) and I hope it does the same for you too.

There are particular ways the toxicity of politics these days is the worst on the local level, but also the least examined. Here are a couple observations, as someone who reports on both local and provincial politics, and has some expertise on the swamp waters of social media.
