Vine archives already dropped, even if it's not "full" it's still 90% of the best historic videos. App .50 to 2.00 is absurd in these market conditions, maybe if this happened in August or September. If an app comes out - which to the best of my knowledge was a canceled/paused project - maybe 75M to 190M best case scenario. After vine comes back our whole community will sell and it will actually go to zero.
