@VirginExpGifts @VirginExp are a joke. I asked for my voucher as they said the ‘my account’ section was down for maintenance. The voucher was provided but I still couldn’t use it so queried & they claim the voucher was used that day at slug&lettuce!! Not by me! Data breach!!

@VirginExpGifts My husband gifted me a make your own fragrance with a renowned perfumist in NYC for my 50th. Had a death in my family and didn’t use it immediately. Now the store doesn’t want to honor the experience. I asked for my money back to Virgin ($850) and can’t get them to return it
