The @a16z report is super interesting. My favorite slide: Developing countries account for the majority of actual on-chain activity through mobile wallet usage. Countries like India, Nigeria, Indonesia, and Argentina collectively represent over 50% of monthly active mobile crypto wallet users, suggesting these populations are using crypto for real transactions rather than just trading.

The losses that are about to hit the crypto industry will be staggering. Expect a wave of bankruptcies, defaults, and layoffs as the sector is decimated by the imminent Bitcoin and Ether crash, which will obliterate the rest of the altcoin market. There is systemic risk as well.

If this is alt season, why are ALTs down 47% against ETH since April?
Just like in the BTC dominance uptrend, you can always find a few that go against the larger trend.
But let's try to understand larger trends, not the few exceptions
