I love Korean Jjimjilbang (찜질방) culture. For $6, I get access to a sauna, a cold bath, a heated floor, and a jacuzzi. It opens at 6 am, and it’s super clean. Everyone is naked, so there’s a bit of a learning curve, haha. But once you get used to it, it’s great: no extra clothes to bring, and it just feels good. My new morning routine in Korea: 6 am → 7:30 am: Gym 7:30 am → 8:30 am: Jjimjilbang 9 am → bored: Deep work

Eye-opening to see some non-coding LLM applications regress over the last year in functionality. I used to trust Perplexity as an AI search engine as it summarizes underlying sources, and did it well. It now hallucinates stuff despite crawling pages with correct information. Eg I asked it where Jamie Vardy (Leicester City hero / footballer) is playing. Perplexity says as of May 2026 there’s no information… despite crawling sources that confirm he’s been playing in Italy

@marcelolebre It's possible to be 12. I always asked companies to be that way, they always refused. It's called "duodécimos" (split in 12 parts).

Portugal does 14 months of payroll a year. So when you are in San Francisco, New York, etc. and you need to run payroll for someone in Portugal, you think "Salary is salary. Twelve months." Then you learn the calendar has 14. What the hell is this, a different calendar or something? And that is one country.

Omarchy v3.6.0 is out! @Dell, @intel, and @dhh optimized the XPS 14 & 16 OLED panels usage and you should see some very noticeable overall power savings. Update existing installations using Update > Omarchy from Omarchy menu (Super + Alt + Space).

It turns out the culprit was mwan3... Now I can enjoy Gl.inet Mango as tailscale exit node with the whooping speed of 4Mbit/s 🤣 X, was it worth the effort?! 🤔
