@GetSpectrum Explain how its possible that you have the resources to literally send me 5-6 pieces of mail a week trying to get me to "upgrade" my service but it takes 11 days to send a technician to my house to fix internet that is currently operating at 1/10th my service speed.

I was really hoping we could somehow magically pull off a stream today, but that’s just not realistic. Nerve Block is finally starting to wear off, and it’s not pleasant. Next week. Thanks for all the thoughts and love this week. Means the world and keeps the spirits up. ❤️

@Delta will never fly with you again. #GettyFire act of god and can’t get to airport so apparently that means I lose 35k #skymiles used for upgrade. Absurd policy and customer service after 2 hour hold on phone.
