@Akintola_steve Only me be FE, QA, and marketer … My guy is into UI/UX, his wife is our product manager. We don’t have a BE and Devops yet as most of my guys are busy.. No payment yet, we’re all settling on equity. We ain’t rushing and at the same time we are not slowing down. I pray we win

My advice to startups: if you’re a founder with limited funds, instead of building a full team, or a company with staff on monthly salaries you may not be able to sustain long-term—consider a lean approach. Work with a small, focused team: one UI/UX designer, one product manager, one frontend developer, one backend developer, one QA engineer, and a DevOps engineer. Put everyone on a contract based on monthly deliverables. Payment should be tied to completed milestones, with a clear goal to finish the core product within 6 months. You can also bring in a marketer early to drive awareness and initial traction. It might sound strict, but when you’re operating lean (maybe even on a loan), structure and accountability matter. From experience, developers often perform best when there’s clear, outcome-based compensation tied to delivery. Secure at least 5 active customers, then continue building from there. Well, that’s my approach, the floor is very much open to better, more optimal alternatives.

I detest people like this with everything in me. And they are just too much on this X space.. Like must you always hate on people? Can you all agree that just because you can’t do something doesn’t mean another person can’t? Someone builds a website in a 2 weeks and the first thing you think is to discredit her? This is exactly how some of you reason. I remember when someone was telling me nonsense about how I said I built a logistics website in 2 days. Bro, are you okay? Some of these projects are things most developers already built before. If the features are similar, I’ll duplicate structure, adjust the UI, and tweak a few things in the backend/admin panel. That’s how experience works. Not everything is starting from scratch. If you can’t do it yet, fine. But stop projecting it on others.
