Beer Soaking Chili-Mac + Dive Bar Margs + Live Music + Waterfront Views = an awesome outdoor dining experience in @VisitOccoquan at @BarJChiliParlor. Its the diviest of dives with an unexpected patio, and I had a great time.

@chinklacamoose So sorry you could t locate it. The museum is at 413 Mill. The restrooms are in a building next door.

@VisitOccoquan We tried that based on the map. Person who was seeking restroom went to 458 Mill St and could not find open restrooms at a 5 pm on a Sunday. Maybe they are open at other times. Saw sign indicating closure.

Bad experience trying and failing to find a public restroom in @VisitOccoquan today. We were between meals and restaurants seemed to be the only restroom option so we just left. Don’t think I’ll be able to get fam to return there. Frustrating. strongtowns.org/journal/2016/7…

@chinklacamoose There is not a restroom in the museum. It is in a building next door, at River Mill Park - and is open 7 days a week.

@VisitOccoquan According to google maps, looks like the museum is open from 11-4, Sat and Sunday only. People do need to use the restroom outside of those hours. Just unusual (in our experience) to find a town where even shops, art galleries, ice cream shops also did not have restrooms.
