@__anydb__ Thanks! So first, I registered a complaint on my own via consumerhelpline.gov.in/public/ But that didn't resolve the issue so I had to hire a lawyer and he filed a complaint on behalf of me via e-jagriti.gov.in

@NestAwayCare This matter has already been adjudicated by the District Commission. You have 45 days to comply with the court order, and your legal team already has all the necessary details. I don’t find it necessary to share them again with you.

Hi @airtelindia, I'm an #Airtel prepaid customer. Your plan claims to provide 5G unlimited data but once I exchaust daily data limit, I'm never able to use internet even though I'm in the 5G network coverage. This is false advertisemet. Please solve it ASAP. @Airtel_Presence

Last month I lost control of my #DJI drone mid-flight & it crashed. I couldn't retrieve it. I raised a support ticket with @DJISupport and they asked for flight logs for further analysis [1/3]

Though it took a while to analyse the flight data, DJI concluded that it wasn't a pilot error. Despite no global warranty, they arranged a free replacement for me even though I didn't have DJI care Insurance [2/3]

@zeptocares I got a call from @ZeptoNow customer care. I was told the store had been informed and this wouldn’t happen again. Checked today - nothing has changed. Bikes are still parked on the footpath. How many complaints does it take to fix a basic civic issue?

Hey @ZeptoNow & @zeptocares, your riders at the Somasundarapalya, HSR Layout darkstore in #Bangalore have been blocking the footpath for weeks, forcing pedestrians to walk onto the road. I’ve sent 7 emails (Ticket #745809673498), only got copy-pasted replies. No action taken.
