Lately I’ve been going to pilates and they offer childcare during some classes, which honestly makes it so much easier to stay consistent. I get an hour to move my body and recharge, and she’s happily playing in their Club Bambino space (she doesn’t wanna leave every time class is over 🤣) Honestly so grateful for places that make it possible for moms to take care of themselves too 🙏🏻💗 P.S. I’m super sore today 🤣🤣🤣

After years of learning content creation the hard way, I got to help build a course for future creators. @NorQuest College invited me to be a Subject Matter Expert to help develop curriculum for their new Content Creator Certificate launching this September. When I first started creating content, there really wasn’t a roadmap. Most of it was learning through trial and error and figuring things out as I went. Being able to now help shape a program that will support and guide future creators feels really meaningful. It was amazing collaborating with other industry professionals over the past 3 days, and I’m really grateful to have been part of something like this. Thank you for this beautiful experience 🙏🏻💗

Happy International Women’s Day 💗 Becoming a mom has changed the way I think about women, strength, and the world we’re building for the next generation. I think a lot more now about the kind of example I want to set for my daughter. Not just in what I say, but in how I live my life. I hope she grows up knowing she can be strong, kind, curious, ambitious, creative — all of it. And I’m grateful for all the women in my life who support, inspire, and walk through life together. Today is a reminder to celebrate them, and the next generation we’re raising. Happy International Women’s Day 💕✨
