The torture of Karim Abu Nassar is not an isolated act by rogue soldiers.
Days before this incident, UN Special Rapporteur Francesca Albanese published a report documenting Israel's systematic use of torture against Palestinians since October 2023, finding practices that meet the legal threshold for genocide. Palestinian detainees, Israeli soldiers, and international medical professionals have described electrocution, sexual assault, beatings, mauling by dogs, starvation, and killing by Israel.
Israel is not hiding what it does. It simply operates in a world that refuses to stop it.

His name is Karim Abu Nassar. He’s a one-year-old Palestinian child who was abducted by Israeli soldiers in Gaza. Karim's father, Osama Abu Nassar, was caught in gunfire near their home and forced to leave his son on the ground and approach an Israeli checkpoint. The army detained Karim and interrogated Osama. They tortured the infant in front of his father, burning him with cigarettes, pricking him, and sticking a nail into his leg. Karim was released after ten hours and handed over to his family by the International Red Cross, while his father remains in detention. Israel needs to be declared a terrorist nation.

A Jewish Israeli judge closed a case, after concluding that Palestinian teenager Walid Ahmad was starved to death in an Israeli dungeon.
Israel refuses to return the body to the family.
Israel is systematically torturing , raping, starving and killing Palestinian prisoners as part of their genocidal strategy in Palestine:
18,500+ have been detained since October 7.
100, including a child, were murdered in custody. And 4,000 were disappeared without explanation.
Israel is quickly establishing itself as the 1980’s Guatemala of the Middle East.

Vallejo rapper LaRussell, who gained massive popularity by hosting viral concerts in his backyard, released a song in which he describes Donald Trump, Jeffrey Epstein, and Adolf Hitler as heaven-sent. The definition of a “heaven-sent” person is someone who appears unexpectedly, at exactly the right time, to provide crucial assistance, comfort, or a solution. LaRussell’s perspective emphasizes that while our origin is divine, our actions—and how we use our free will—are what define our path. Mentioning those triggering names is a marketing stunt to make his song go viral. He’s receiving backlash because, in the literal sense, not everyone is heaven-sent, as the term describes a specific, helpful impact rather than a general state of existence.

His name is Mohammad Nazeer Paktyawal. He was a brother, husband, father of six, and an Afghan asylum seeker who put his life on the line to protect US service members. Mohammad was detained by eight masked ICE agents while leaving to drop his children off at school; he died in immigration custody less than a day after being arrested in North Texas. Instead of explaining what really happened to Paktyawal at their facility, DHS is labeling him a “criminal” to distract from his death. This year is on track to be the deadliest year for those in immigration detention.

Her name is Daphy Michel. She was a beloved sister and Haitian asylum seeker living and working in Washington County, Pennsylvania. Daphy was arrested after experiencing a serious mental health episode and sat in jail for nearly six months awaiting an evaluation that never materialized. A judge dismissed the charges, but ICE intercepted Michel’s release, took her into custody, and put an ankle monitor on her. They let her go and dropped her off miles away from her home without notifying family; she was later found dead at a bus shelter in Pittsburgh. Daphy Michel died alone due to the negligence of ICE.
