Psssst - if you’re ever thinking of signing up to a @VodafoneUK contract - DON’T. Their customer services and call centre are totally and utterly and spectacularly appalling. Go with any other provider available! Tell anyone that even mentions the idea to run a mile!

@VodafoneUK why do you guys make it so difficult to do anything, quick enough to take my money but make things as difficult as possible to get a refund when it’s due then you can’t even deal with the ongoing complaint. It’s a shambles considering I have been a customer for 15yrs

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK all due respect that won’t help. Cable damage and you don’t have a contingency to reroute traffic like all the other providers who use said cable. Just need @SkyUK to confirm if their mobile network has issues as we can’t use any data at present.

@SkyUK Our home broadband is out due to an outage with @VodafoneUK and no timeline for a fix. As such we’re entirely reliant on our 4G mobile data and currently I can barely get 0.5mbps. Any issues in the KW15 area?

Just to update you @VodafoneUK watchers, esp Cambridge. We currently have no internet. It was disconnected in error by V.fone. City Fibre cant give us an appointment at all (they have visited & done nothing 3 times). V.fone say they will update us within 10 days. But till then?
