As a third-party app, Voidcaller must follow Android's privacy rules, which require an automated announcement to notify both parties. We don't have the system-level access to disable this. For private, unannounced recording, you would need to use your phone's built-in system recorder if supported.

Voidcaller is an interface for your phone's existing service, not a Wi-Fi calling app like WhatsApp. It uses your SIM card to place calls, so international rates from your carrier still apply. If your carrier supports 'Wi-Fi Calling' in your phone's settings, you can use that, but Voidcaller itself doesn't bypass cell charges.
