$ARB is on the verge of a big breakout.
It's making constant higher lows, and that would mean that we're going to see a strong breakout and a new higher high.
What does it need to do?
Technically, I'd like to see a breakout above $0.48.
If that's taking place, then I'm expecting a strong move towards $0.70-0.80.

The S&P 500 is 23 weeks into a Weekly Cycle advance, near the extremes for a Cycle. Basically, it's well overdue a move down (3-6 week) towards a Cycle Low.
With FOMC on deck, often a catalyst.

@PeterLBrandt Whatever the case, the Weekly 200 EMA (green line) seems to offer unfailing, or only briefly failing, support.
It seems like a minimum natural target for this drop.
