Make it my personal mission to tell everyone how when you place an app order and arrive to pick it up, suddenly there's "no order", even though your bank has already been charged. And I will spend my hard-earned money at a business that CARES about customer service.

I will never spend another dime at @SUBWAY. "Oh, DM us and we'll help you." I've sent MULTIPLE messages since July 21 and have received nothing but silence. You've had 4 chances to correct 2 app issues that's cost me over $30. So much for customer service. I think I'm going to

This morning, I played the season 27 premier for her and I haven't heard her laugh that hard in a long time. When it concluded, she said 7 words to me I NEVER thought I'd ever hear my 82 year old mother say: I'm gonna hafta start watching South Park. #HeTrumpedUs

For 25 years, my mother has HATED @SouthPark. Everytime she'd find me watching, she'd mutter things like "foul mouthed" "offensive" "disrespectful" and "bad influence". I'd just sit there and laugh because I always thought it was funny as shit... The show AND her reaction....

In 2021 I worked as a camera assistant on an episode of an Apple TV+ show with the working title “Fables.” It starred the musical duo Ylvis (“The Fox”), and was based on their popular show “Stories from Norway,” where they reenacted wild true stories as mini-musicals, starring themselves. Some said it was supposed to be titled “Stories from the World.” The episode we filmed in Atlanta was about a small southern town rallying to fight a shipment of sewage their city leaders had agreed to import for profit. It was titled “Poop Train.” Genuinely hilarious and beautiful, the brothers were amazing on set, and I got to discuss with one why Texas isn’t truly the south. Super sad Apple never released the show and we’ve never seen the musical numbers.

Is responsible??? I have been charged $11.25 for a transaction the store said I didn't make and the app said would not post to my bank. I just want the sandwiches I paid for and did not receive.

to take it up with the app. I file a complaint on the app & the response is the "attempted" transaction will not post to my bank, and if it does, take it up with my bank. I told them the transaction had already posted & they say it's not their responsibility. So WHO, exactly....

What the hell, @Subway? I placed an app order, the order is confirmed on my account & the transaction pending at my bank. I go to pick up my order & the store says I never placed the order. I show them my app confirmation & bank account & they said its not their responsibility...
