@rbarishansky @ESO_Solutions @jemsconnect Yet where I live in upstate New York, about 40% of calls are deemed “ALS”🙄. Every village with 200-300 calls a year insists on having an ALS level service as opposed to a regional system. They simply refuse to accept this data. It’s madness.

@hp_ems It’s a toothless paper tiger in most of these states. Also -could be 5 minutes from the nearest service that may or may not be staffed, or may have it’s one ambulance out on a long distance call or mutual aid. Data is only as useful as it is relevant.🙄
