ByteDance has suspended the global launch of Seedance 2.0, its video-generation AI model, after copyright disputes with major Hollywood studios and streaming platforms. @snowmaker That is the real danger. So much of our learning process depends on learning from our mistakes and working through the “extreme frustration”. How that will impact future learning, whether for coding or other areas, should be a concern.

I realized something else AI has changed about coding: you don't get stuck anymore. Programming used to be punctuated by episodes of extreme frustration, when a tricky bug ground things to a halt. That doesn't happen anymore.
