@HappyT1meHarry @clashreport They are 45 lb bumper plates. I have the same ones. I also have the 25, 15, and 10 lb plates. The 25s and 45s are not close in size at all. It’s 315.

@totalimmunity @MrPitbull07 Also, since you've clearly never worked in the resturaunt industry. Even if a location is open for 12 hours, it is possible towards 16 to 18 hours shifts. You have to open the store, prep items, clean stuff, set up, get things fired, accounting work, payroll, etc.

My neighbor works 65 hours a week. He is exhausted. He works 25 hours at a grocery store. He works 20 hours at a warehouse. He works 20 hours at a fast-food joint. He has zero health insurance. Zero 401k. Zero paid sick leave. Why? Because every single employer caps him at "part-time" hours specifically to avoid legally having to provide benefits. He works harder than anyone I know, but on paper, he doesn't "work enough" to deserve a doctor.

@CathyJ2511 @MrPitbull07 Oh you're talking about compared to the us not YoY. The average wage in Indiana is also 45k compared to the national average of 65k. Which is a 31% defecit.

@CathyJ2511 @MrPitbull07 It's down 1%. That is non noticeable and that's from large cities introducing rental laws. Rentals as a whole is actually up though, and rental vacancies are continuing to skyrocket from large corporations buying up single household family homes.
