Changing the constitution is a big deal. Once an amendment passes, it’s effectively permanent—and any problems it may create cannot simply be "fixed" by legislation. Before voting on any amendment, it’s doubly important to read the fine print, find out how it got on the ballot, and understand the motivations behind these campaigns—fueled by hundreds of millions of special interest money—to change our constitution and our state. Amendment 3 is bankrolled by one Big Weed company that has buried special privileges for itself in the text of the amendment. It's not about freedom, it's about corporate greed.

Amendment 3 did not fall out of a coconut tree. It was crafted by mega marijuana corporations to give themselves complete control over a $6 billion industry in Florida, while also enshrining legal immunity for themselves into our state constitution – which is effectively permanent. Amendment 3 was written by and for Big Weed, not for the people of our state.

Florida Vote NO on Amendment 3. If you vote to enshrine smoking pot recreationally in the state constitution, the state legislature can't change it in any way. The way the Amendment is written is dangerous and misleading. Vote NO

While talking with @NancyGrace, @FLHSMV's Colonel Howze warns that Amendment 3 would create a "very scary situation" on Florida roads. Drivers already have to contend with enough risks on our roads. Making marijuana more widely available when there’s no reliable Breathalyzer test for it, will only make driving in Florida even more dangerous.
Vote NO to more impaired drivers endangering everyone else on the road. Vote NO on Amendment 3.
